Pêssach: a verdadeira páscoa

Nem ovinhos de chocolate, nem coelhos, nem semana santa, nem proibição de comer carne vermelha são ou representam alguma coisa da Páscoa!

Pois bem, o que seria a Páscoa? Primeiramente temos que saber quando e o motivo que a fez surgir.

No livro de Êxodo 12:1-28, nos relata o início da celebração da Páscoa tido como um mandamento e a principal de todas as celebrações anuais. Temos que entender que, quando foi instituída, o povo de Israel estava passando por uma mudança tremenda de vida, ou seja, estariam deixando de serem escravos de faraó, para se tornarem livres para uma vida diante de Deus, rejeitando com isto o Egito para uma conquista de uma terra prometida, a terra que “mana leite e mel”.

Ora, tal instituição também se deu por ser o cumprimento de uma promessa feita ao povo de Israel, em primeiro a liberdade e sem segundo a proteção sobre suas vidas, sendo então décima praga dirigida aos primogênitos, “todo primogênito seria morto” (Êxodo 11:4-9), porém tal instituição (Páscoa) trazia esta proteção, que quando o cordeiro fosse morto, seria necessário pegar o seu sangue e passar nas ombreiras e na verga da porta em toda casa que comessem, e na casa que não tivesse isto (o sangue), o anjo da morte entraria e ceifaria o primogênito.

Como vemos tal celebração não tem nada haver com a Páscoa dita “cristã”. Primeiro porque a carne do cordeiro é vermelha (muitos acham que é pecado comer carne vermelha nesta semana, então só comem peixe); não tem coelho (ainda por cima, o coelho é tido como um animal imundo); não tem ovos de chocolate (mas sim ervas amargas e um pão chamado de asmo Êxodo 12:8). Assim, a Páscoa tem que ser mais um dia para refletir como um sinal de transição, de sacrifício, proteção e providência, do que propriamente celebrar como uma data festiva e muito comercial.

Os judeus atualmente a celebram nestes moldes do livro de Êxodo, porém faço ressalvas. Primeiro que eles fazem algo que não esta neste mandamento, que é a chamada “cadeira do profeta Elias”, eles põe uma cadeira vazia e chamam o espírito de Elias para vir junto deles (não tem nada de bíblico nisto). Segundo o fazem sem entender seu significado verdadeiro. Ora, eu amo os judeus, pois são meus irmãos, o povo escolhido de Deus, porém por causa da dureza do coração não conseguem ter a revelação pura do significado da páscoa e a quem ela se refere. No livro de 2 Coríntios 3:14-17 o apóstolo Paulo diz que sobre o coração do povo judeu está posto véu, que mesmo quando lêem a Torah (os livros da Lei de Moisés) não conseguem ter a revelação da seu significado, mas quando alguns se convertem ao Senhor, tal véu e tirada e lhes é mostrado a liberdade conquistada pelo cordeiro da páscoa.

A tradução do significado da páscoa é muito importante. Em Hebreus 10:1, diz que a Lei, isto é, a antiga aliança, trazia com ela a “sombra” das dádivas que Deus daria para seu povo, que seria a liberdade da maldição do pecado, da morte, renovando assim aquilo que foi perdido com Adão lá no Éden. Então todo o simbolismo impresso na Lei, tem um significado das coisas celestiais e futuras que aconteceriam.

A Páscoa em si nos dá o sentido de mudança, transição, passagem de uma vida para outra. O que seria isto então?

O Egito simboliza o mundo, os prazeres que o mundo oferece, o pecado que escraviza e não deixa o povo ser livre para adorar à Deus; faraó simboliza o diabo, aquele que trabalha e se esforça para manter a humanidade escravizada e longe de Deus.

Diante disto, surge o plano de Deus para o ser humano, a redenção através da morte de um que seria perfeito (pois o cordeiro tinha que ser sem defeito), trazendo a reconciliação. Este cordeiro foi Cristo Jesus, o Messias (Yeshua Mashiach), o Salvador ungido, que não cometeu pecado (Hebreus 4:15), sendo sacrificado para nossa remissão.

O sangue do cordeiro era o sinal de proteção, pois como dito anteriormente, a casa que não tivesse o sangue seria visitada pela morte. Com Jesus ocorre o mesmo, com o seu sangue nos dá proteção contra a morte (não propriamente a morte do corpo, pois o mesmo tem que passar por isto para receber um corpo glorificado, limpo de pecado e de fraquezas), a condenação do inferno, proteção contra o diabo, contra o pecado, contra a maldição.

Atualmente, com o sangue de Jesus temos uma Nova Aliança, como feita com Abrão (Genesis 14:18) através do vinho e do pão, realizado na Ceia. Jesus quando estava na semana de sua morte na cruz, o mesmo estava reunido com seus discípulos celebrando a Páscoa, mas neste mesmo momento Ele também instituiu a ceia como um mandamento e uma recordação de que o cumprimento da promessa que foi profetizada por Moisés ao instituir a Páscoa foi cumprido!

Não é mais necessário o sacrifício do cordeiro, pois o cordeiro já foi sacrificado não sendo necessário tal feito outra vez porque o sacrifício foi perfeito e ele é para sempre, não tem prazo de validade. Uma vez que com seu sangue Ele se tornou nosso sacerdote, jamais deixará de ser, pois Ele se tornou sacerdote eterno segundo a ordem de Melquisedeque (Hebreus 7:3-28).

Diante disto então, temos acesso para a verdadeira Terra Prometida como dita em Apocalipse 21. Jesus é a nossa Páscoa (passagem) para a vida eterna com Deus, em liberdade e com graça perante nosso Eterno Deus.

Finalizo o texto com esta mensagem, para que na Páscoa você venha a lembrar dela com seu verdadeiro sentido e crendo que sobre a sua vida está o sangue do cordeiro lhe protegendo e te livrando do mal.

Passover: The True Easter

Not eggs, chocolate, or rabbits, or Holy Week, or prohibition of eating red meat are or represent something of Easter!

Well, what would Easter? First we have to know when and why that did arise.
In the book of Exodus 12:1-28, tells us the beginning of the Passover celebration had as a commandment and foremost of all the annual celebrations. We have to understand that when it was established, the people of Israel was going through a tremendous change of life, ie, they would no longer be slaves to Pharaoh, to become a free for life before God, rejecting it with Egypt to a conquest of a promised land, the land "flowing with milk and honey."
Such an institution also has to be the fulfillment of a promise made to Israel in the first free and second to protect about their lives, and are then directed to the tenth plague firstborn, "every firstborn would be killed (Exodus 11 :4-9), such institution (Easter) brought this protection, which when the lamb was killed, you would get your blood going and the doorposts and the lintel of every house they ate, and the house which had this (the blood), the angel of death would come and reap the firstborn.

As we see this conclusion has nothing to do with Easter so-called "Christian". First because the lamb is red meat (many think it is a sin to eat meat this week, then only eat fish), has no rabbit (moreover, the rabbit is considered an unclean animal) does not have chocolate eggs ( but bitter herbs and unleavened bread called Exodus 12:8). Therefore, Easter must be another day to reflect as a sign of transition, of sacrifice, protection and providence, than to celebrate a festive occasion and very commercial.

The Jews today to celebrate in this way the book of Exodus, but I make exceptions. First they do something that is not in this commandment, which is called the "chair of Elijah," they put an empty chair and call the spirit of Elijah to come with them (there's nothing biblical about it). Second do not understand its true meaning. Now, I love the Jews because they are my brothers, the chosen people of God, but because of the hardness of the heart can not take the pure revelation of the meaning of Easter and to whom it refers. In the book of 2 Corinthians 3:14-17 the apostle Paul says about the heart of the Jewish people is laid veil, even when they read the Torah (the books of the Law of Moses) can not have the revelation of their meaning, but when some are converted to the Lord, and that veil drawn and is being shown to the freedom gained by the Passover lamb.

The translation of the meaning of Passover is very important. In Hebrews 10:1 says that the Law, ie the old covenant, brought with it the "shadow" of the gifts that God would give to his people, who would be free of the curse of sin, death, thus repeating what there was lost with Adam in Eden. Then all the symbolism printed in the Law, has a meaning and future of heavenly things that would happen.
The Passover itself gives us the sense of change, transition, passage from one life to another. What was it then?

Egypt represents the world, the pleasures the world offers, the sin that enslaves and not let the people be free to worship God, Pharaoh symbolizes the devil, who works and strives to keep humanity enslaved and away from God.
Given this, there is God's plan for man, redemption through the death of one that would be perfect (because the lamb had to be flawless), bringing reconciliation. This lamb was Christ Jesus the Messiah (Jesus the Messiah), the anointed Saviour, who did no sin (Hebrews 4:15), and sacrificed for our forgiveness.

The blood of the lamb was the sign of protection, because as stated earlier, the house that had no blood would be visited by death. The same occurs with Jesus, with his blood gives us protection against death (not exactly the death of the body, because it has to pass through it to receive a glorified body, cleansed of sin and weaknesses), the condemnation of hell , protection against the devil, against sin, against the curse.

Currently, with the blood of Jesus we have a New Covenant, as made with Abraham (Genesis 14:18) through the wine and bread, held in the Supper. When Jesus was on the week of his death on the cross, it was meeting with his disciples celebrated the Passover, but this very moment He also instituted the Supper as a command and a reminder that the promise that was prophesied by Moses to establish Easter was fulfilled!

You no longer need the sacrifice of the lamb because the lamb has been sacrificed is not necessary that done again because the sacrifice was perfect and he is forever, no expiration date. Once with his blood He became our priest, never cease to be, because he became a priest forever after the order of Melchizedek (Hebrews 7:3-28).

Given this then, we have access to the promised land as told in Revelation 21. Jesus is our Passover (pass) to eternal life with God in freedom and kindness of our Eternal God.

I end this message with the text, so that at Easter you will remember it with its true meaning and believing that your life is on the lamb's blood protecting him and freeing you from evil.
